In February 2009 I took back my life.

I had struggled with weight issues for almost all of my adult life. My story can be found on my blog linked here: My HCG Journey to My Authentic Self.

My amazing transformation did result in a job helping others in a medically supervised program though the Fox Valley Wellness Center.

I enjoy my position as the program coordinator, and it is very rewarding to mentor people want or need the supervision that the wellness center provides.

However, there are many people who are geographically, financially, or otherwise unable or unwilling to utilize the services of such a facility.

These people may find it overwhelming to ‘go it alone’. I provide mentoring similar to what I found while I was traversing this path a year ago.

What do I provide?

· Assistance in finding resources for HCG, mixing kits, recipes and support groups.

· Support and mentoring

I DO NOT provide medical advice or mental health counseling. I AM NOT a medical or mental health professional. I am someone who did this program on my own successfully, and that is all I claim to be.
